Letter from the President

Please join me, and the other members of the HUG Board for the Spring 2010 Healthcare Users Conference being held at the Loew’s Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona, May 10 - 13, 2010.

The agenda has been developed to facilitate a blend of industry topics, professional development, software specifics, and DST strategy. As a result of feedback from last year's attendees, we're repeating the half day Open Forum. The Open Forum allows attendees to network and share ideas on ways to use existing system functionality to meet growing business needs. The opportunity to collaborate with other clients and DST Health Solutions (DSTHS) to direct the enhancements made to the software is crucial to the success of our respective companies and the long-term success of our partnerships with DSTHS. Since no one knows our businesses better than we do, the Spring HUG conference provides a unique opportunity for the clients of all product lines to make our needs known to DSTHS.

This is also a great time to hear directly from DSTHS regarding their plans for developing products that continue to meet our ever-changing business needs. Take advantage of this valuable opportunity to spend some time with DSTHS support staff on Monday afternoon. The ideas, insights, and guidance you provide will serve as the catalyst for future product development activities at DSTHS.
