Reservations

A block of rooms have been reserved at a special conference rate of $199.00 per night for single/double. Reservations must be made by April 8, 2012 in order to assure room availability. Reservation requests after that date will be accepted on a space-availability basis.

Hotel Cancelations

You must cancel your hotel reservations by calling the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront before 6pm day of reservation. After 6pm, a guest is responsible for his/her room no matter what.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

The hotel check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm. Guests arriving before 4pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Driving directions: From Baltimore-Washington International Airport: I195 North- Baltimore Washington Parkway turns into Russell Street. Follow Russell Street to Pratt Street and turn Right. Proceed on Pratt Street through 10 lights to President Street. Take a Right on President Street and proceed three lights getting into the right hand lane after the second light (Eastern Avenue). Go straight at the third light towards the Katyn Memorial. Enter the traffic circle and follow to the first right (approximately 50 feet) onto Aliceanna Street. Hotel entrance is approximately 100 yards on the Right.

Business Casual wear and comfortable shoes are your best bet for daytime. We suggest you bring a light sweater or jacket as the air conditioning can get a bit cool, as well for the evening when it cools off after the sun goes down

To prevent any inconvenience due to delayed luggage delivery, items you might need immediately upon arrival (change of clothes, prescriptions, etc.) should be packed in your carry-on bag.

Be sure to take along the following:
