Dates & Locations for Upcoming HUG Spring Conferences

To register for this year's conference, please fill out the online registration form below.

Registration fee includes all conference materials; welcome reception; exhibit hall; breakfasts and lunches.

After you submit your online registration for the conference, you will receive a follow up email that will include an invoice for your total conference fees. The invoice will allow you to pay HUG by check.

*HUG members are DSTHS clients who paid dues for the June 2010-May 2011 year. If you are not a member and are interested in applying, please fill out the Membership Application Form.
**Hotel reservations must be made and conference registration fees must be postmarked by April 9th to qualify for early pricing.
